Right now, I know I'm not profiting. And there are others in my life being taken along for that ride that aren't either. To them, I say sorry, and I will reiterate that things will get better in the coming weeks.

We don't have control over the things that happen to us. The ONLY thing we have control over is our attitude about the things that happen to us.
Controlling my attitude in this particular case is difficult. My attitudes and emotions from many different situations are all affecting each other. Personal life and work are both suffering as a result. There is no peace at home and without a true refuge to escape to at the end of the day, life feels chaotic and without calm.
But I do have to remind myself that it will get better. I know it will.
